Dabney's Alignment & Brake LLC

After a poor experience at Dick’s Tires, Dabney’s was a breath of fresh air. Liz was patient, knowledgeable, and confirmed my specs beforehand. Lance explained the process clearly, provided an accurate estimate, and finished exactly on time. Exceptional communication and follow-through. I highly trust them and will return for suspension work!

I came in for an alignment on my Chevy Silverado 1500. Liz at the front desk helped me set up my appointment with their availability to fit my schedule. Lance, the technician who worked on my vehicle took the time to explain to me what was done. They were reasonable priced for quality work and experience. I will definitely be bringing back more of my vehicles here.

We brought our S10 here for an alignment after another shop couldn’t get it done, and Lance did an amazing job! He was very informative and clearly knows his stuff. He made sure to air up our tires before starting and walked us through the alignment numbers before and after the work was completed. One thing that makes this shop unique is that you can actually watch them do the work, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place! My husband and I will definitely be customers for life. Great shops with employees who truly care are hard to find these days.

We had a noise up front on my wife's car for to long. We finally wanted to get it fixed. Dabney's was our first and last call! Liz answered the phone with a kind and professional demeanor! She made an appointment for the same day. At the appointment, Lance, inspected our car thoroughly. He explained the problem and gave us a very reasonable quote. We left the car overnight and we got it back in 24 hours! This was very nice. When we picked up the car both Liz and Lance spoke with us and I knew we had found a great shop! The price was lower than the quote by a little bit and the car was repaired! It is easy to recommend Dabney's and give them a 5 star rating! We are completely satisfied with the repair and cost. But, the best thing was that my wife took it to the inspection appointment and they treated her with kindness and understanding. Like all repairs, I hope I don't need to use them again, but it is nice to have found a shop that does quality work at an affordable price! Thank you Liz and Lance!

Wow. Dabney’s is a time warp back to when working on cars was an art form. When technicians took pride in the work they did and weren’t just there for a paycheck. Liz was incredibly friendly when I made my appointment, apologizing that their next appointment was so far out (which was early evidence that they were a solid shop) and Lance talked me through everything he was doing as he dialed in the alignment on my car perfectly. I’m from Portland but will make the trip back to Dabney’s any time now that I know they’re there. Can’t recommend them enough!
